• Membership itself is free. A member is one who agrees to having a “ScrapPack” or “Petite Pack” shipped to them each month for a minimum of 6 months.
• Your Credit Card will be charged with the monthly fee at the beginning of each month for your “ScrapPack” or “Petite Pack” that will be ship shortly thereafter.
• You will receive a “ScrapPack”or “Petite Pack” every month unless you email us to cancel your membership. To cancel and receive confirmation click here: Cancel My Membership

Attention New Members: You must have made your first purchase to officially be considered a member and receive the “ScrapPack” or “Petite Pack” automatically in future months. You may do this by adding items to your cart and checking out with your new member number and email address as entered on the membership sign-up form.

Damaged or Missing Product

All our Packs are lovingly and carefully hand packed, but we realize that there may be the occasional problem with something damaged or missing from a Pack. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving your Pack so that we can arrange to have the components replaced for you.

Return Policy

One of the many advantages of this membership is experiencing a wide range of looks and styles. We realize that occasionally there may be a layout that you do not care for. We hope that you will be open to trying new looks, but in the event that you really dislike a layout you have the option of returning the Pack. We suggest you consider sharing it with a friend or giving it as a gift. A Pack must be returned, with all components unused and resaleable, within 10 days of receipt. Returned Packs will not count towards your membership agreement.
